Guidelines for Reporting of Financial and other information

The guidelines for reporting of financial and other information are developed within the framework that follows of the Public Limited Companies Act, Bookkeeping Act, and regulations of the Oslo Stock Exchange. The purpose is to secure correct, clear, relevant, and simultaneous information to all actors in the financial market

The Company's financial calendar shall be available on the Company's homepage, under the heading "Investors"

The Company shall do a public presentation of the quarterly financial statement. The Quarterly presentation shall also be broadcast live with Webcast. The webcast shall be available on the Company's homepage.

The Company shall notify the market and the stock exchange if the Group receives contracts with value higher than NOK 15 million. The Company shall also notify the same channels if a strategically important contract is won.

Quarterly reports and presentation as well as recorded webcasts shall be available at the Company's homepage.

The Company shall always have an updated list of the 20 largest shareholders available on the Company's homepage.

Notice of as well protocols from the General Meetings shall always be available at the Company's homepage.

7.
The Company shall notify the sock exchange and the financial market about events that the management or the board assess can impact the share price, such as acquisitions, structural changes etc.

8. 
The Board's statement on Corporate Governance as well as the Remuneration Guidelines for Senior Management shall always be available at the Company's homepage.

9.
The Company's articles of association shall always be available at the Company's homepage.
